Lewis A. Norry currently serves as C.E.O. of the Norry Management Corporation. Since joining his father's and grandfather's firm in the mid-1980’s, he has successfully directed the company in the redevelopment of industrial and commercial properties (including brownfields). Lewis is a graduate of the University of Michigan where he earned an B. A. in Economics and Political Science. He also holds a J. D. from Columbia Law School and is admitted to practice in New York and Florida.

Elliot Norry has recently joined Norry Management to expand investor relations. Elliot also practices Internal Medicine in Philadelphia, and is a graduate of Columbia College and New York University School of Medicine.

Rochester Team

Rachel N. Rosen is the President NMC Rochester, having worked as a property manager at Norry Management Corporation since 1999. Rachel N. holds a B. S. from NYU in Economics and Finance, and an MBA from NYU with concentrations in both Small Business Growth and Management. Rachel holds a NYS Real Estate license, and currently serves as President of the High Falls Business Improvement District.

Lorrie Barry is the Service Manager and has been working for Norry Management Corporation since 1999.  She handles all tenant service requests, insurance certificates and marketing mailings.

Indianapolis Team

Janet Crump has been the General Manager for Western Select Properties and Franklin Road Realty since January 2005. Prior to that, Janet was an industrial real estate broker at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in Indianapolis for 10 years. Janet holds the designations of SIOR and CCIM and has a B. S. in Accounting and an MBA from the University of Akron.

William C. Spurlock is the maintenance supervisor for Western Select Properties and Franklin Road Reality.  Bill also heads up property management for a large industrial property—the first third party management project undertaken in Indianapolis.   He attended IUPUI and is an Indiana licensed journeyman Plumber.  Bill has an extensive background in all mechanical trades and puts that experience to work, both in practice and in training other employees.  Bill’s 18 years of experience with the Norry family makes him an integral part of the Indianapolis team.
